Repair box with 6 or 10 stainless steel 304L elements, fingers and EPDM rubber. For water -40°C up to +120°C
AVK’s repair box is an easy, quick and flexible solution for emergency repair of damaged pipes. With the stainless steel repair elements you can create your own repair clamp that can be used for permanent repair of cracks, (pin)holes or other damages in pipes. The repair box with 6 stainless steel elements can cover a range from 86 mm till 768 mm and the repair box with 10 stainless can cover a range from 86 mm till 1475 mm. All this can be obtained by a combination of elements. Available in AISI 304L and AISI 316L, sealing material can be EPDM, NBR or FKM rubber.

Features
- Elements made out of a pre-rolled plate of stainless steel 304L
- Design with welded stainless steel 304L studs and fingers
- Elements are completely pickled and passivated after welding
- Stainless steel nuts: A4 quality with anti-friction through yellow passivation to prevent galling
- Gasket of EPDM rubber with waffle structure and rounded tops
- Vulcanized spanner plate
- Tolerance repair box with 6 elements from 86 mm till 768mm
- Tolerance repair box with 10 elements from 86 till 1475 mm
- Elements available in different widths: 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm
- Elements are marked with labels from A till J. Used elements can be re-ordered to complete the repair box for another emergency
- Indication pressure class for (waste)water:
- 10 bar up to DN 200
- 8 bar up to DN 400
- 6 bar up to DN 500
- 4 bar up to DN 600
- 2 bar for DN 700 and bigger
