OMV-INDOIL joins the AVK Group

The AVK Group has acquired majority of shares in OMV-INDOIL. This Croatian-based valve company with its headquarters in Zagreb, will complement the AVK Industrial product program with high-performance ball and butterfly valves in various materials manufactured according to customer specifications. OMV-INDOIL further offers a wide range of special valves and project capabilities for contractor business.

The OMV-INDOIL products are offered into the oil and gas, power generation, processing, marine, water treatment and offshore industry.

OMV-INDOIL was looking for a reliable, strategic partner to build a stronger foundation for growth and to extend the sales network for global business and therefore, a partnership with the AVK Group was found to be a good match.
